2) Please encourage discussions after the presentation.

3) Please be connected with keeping time in schedule,

Events involved in organizing a conference:
name tags, proper signs, the sound system, the lighting,
food, and the arrangement of someone to guide and answer questions, etc.
paper submission (abstract submission deadline, acceptance notification, full paper submission), registration fee,
contact information and so on.
Invitation letters should be elegantly made and usually include information concerning the conference host's name, the occasion,
name of the attendees, date (s), time and place. Use full names of both the conference host and the attendees, including titles if any.
At the end of the invitation, usually at the right corner, place these instructions: R. S. V. P.(please reply), or For Regrets Only (If one can not attend, please reply).
End the invitation with the host's telephone number,
