从消费者角度看,在商品房预售过程中建立开发商风险提示制度,对于消费者正确认识商品房预售中的风险,督促消费者提高风险意识的同时,能让消费者的知情权得到切实保护,有利于消费者合法权益的保护。从开发商的角度看,在商品房预售过程中建立开发商风险提示制度,能提高开发商的风险意识、责任意识,督促开发商规范管理,加强自身建设提高自身的信誉,严格遵守法律法规,最终达到开发商在提高自身经济实力的同时又切实保护好消费者合法权益的目的。
