Short-termgoalsarethosethatusuallydealwithcurrentactivities,whichwecanapplyonadailybasis,whilelong-termgoalsrelatedtoourdreamsofthefuture,whichneedaprocessofpursuing.Withoutaccumulationofknowledge,wecan’tachievethislifelonggoalorgraspthegoodchance.
Anearlysuccessmaybedangerous,itissaidthatyoungpeoplewithfameandrecognitiontendtogetlostbecausetheyarenotsoberenoughtoresistthetemptation.Butthroughmanysetbacksandfailures,peoplecanbecometougherandmorepersistentsothathe/shewouldn'tgetfrustratedeasilyinlatertimeorevengetpreparedtoconfrontanothersetback.
Inshort,onlyintheprocessofpursuinglongterm,realisticgoalscanknowledgebeaccumulated,thusleadingtosuccess.
