"五书"包括：

招标（采购）人主体责任告知书

围绕法定招标（采购）责任、交易文件制作、异议处理、合同签订等相关事项，对业主单位进行告知。

行业主管部门主体责任告知书

结合黄山交易监管实际，归纳罗列各行业主管部门的监督职责，推进交易违法违规行为查处工作部门联动、信息共享。

代理机构主体责任告知书

分别就工作职责、交易项目操作流程和操作规范等方面进行书面告知，督促代理机构公正履职。

中标单位主体责任告知书

重点就合同签订、项目履约、责任追究等方面进行告知，督促中标单位严格履约。

特邀监督员主体责任告知书

主要就工作职责、监督内容和工作流程等方面进行书面告知，督促监督员规范履职。

"二函"：

工程建设和政府采购项目交易提醒函

主要就交易前期手续办理、招标（采购）方式选择、编制招标（采购）文件要求和进场交易时间等相关事项，提前对业主单位书面提醒，确保进场交易项目平稳有序推进。

Many friends of mine who study in the north upload a lot of interesting pictures about snowmen on their personal blogs. I think they must have fun when they made a snowman. Every time I tell my parents we should go to the north for Spring Festival, but they don't agree (my father has some relations in Shanxi where snows every year) they think we could get sick because of the cold weather.

I know that the cultural in the north is totally different from south. I hear that they eat noodles all the time. I just want to travel to there to test it by myself. I wish i can save enough money, so I can go there to see the view of the north.

我怀着十二万分的愧疚以及十二万分的懊悔向你们写下这份检讨书，我为自我误操作行为感到了深深地愧疚和不安，在此，我向各位领导做出深刻检讨：

因此，这次发生的事使我不仅仅感到是自我的耻辱，更为重要的是我感到对不起领导对我的信任，愧对领导的关心。
