一篇好的高中英语作文，应该语言正确，内容连贯，词句优美。语言正确和内容连贯可以通过"多写"达到，但是词句优美却不是写得多就能达到的。
这里说的"词句优美"指的是真正优美的词句，而不是流传甚广的很多所谓的写作模板、作文金句，那些东西绝大多数都是陈词滥调，不是优美表达，千万别拿那些东西当宝贝。那些东西用的多了，作文就被判为垃圾作文了，除非完全不会自己写作文，否则尽可能不要用。
因为要"优美"，就得"创造"，但是大多数高中学生没有创造优美表达方式的可靠的能力，所以那些"创造"往往就成了Chinglish，即"中式英语"。
Chinglish是英语作文的大毛病，也是高考作文失分的主要原因之一。很多学生在学会了基本写作之后开始出现大量的Chinglish，就是因为他开始自己"创造"了。其实创造不是不可以，没有创造哪来那些脍炙人口的优美表达？但现实是，在高中阶段，大多数学生还心有余而力不足。
做不到，但需要，怎么办？只有借鉴了。
从哪里借鉴？语言优美的文章当然都可借鉴，但是往往远水解不了近渴，所以，范文就成了很现实的选择。
范文之所以称为"范"文，它在内容上、逻辑上，尤其是语言上，必然有可资借鉴之处。当然，没有可借鉴之处的不叫范文。
写作练习中，借鉴是很正常的，这和抄袭是两码事。荀子《劝学》中说，君子生非异也，善假于物也。借鉴范文，就是"假于物"。

中间靠后部分最好有表达主题的总结句，比如 Hence, I appeal to all of us to……
结尾 thank u for ur time,礼貌得体。
3.通知
没有称呼，直接进入文章。注意通知发布者一般不是个人，所以不要开头 I'm Li Hua, president of SU.
第一人称处尽量用 we。
结尾署上通知单位和通知时间。通知时间要早于文中提起过的 deadline 时间。
