this role is based in shanghai and reports to creative director.

to hone digital skills and knowledge across the spectrum of digital channels/platforms, through interacting and learning from our team of digital specialists.
in three months, you would have:
•been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently.
•been familiar with all functions at linksus and well organized the daily routine.
in six months, you would have:
•aligned key stakeholders internally and at client’s side on digital strategy for each brands.
•have demonstrated the ability to conceptualize; taking a client brief and responding with compelling, on-point ideas.
in 12 months, you would have:
•taken solid ownership of the digital product and built an understanding of how this can best benefit your clients in conjunction with the other media division experts you partner with.
•be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day digital insight and activities. begin to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenge.
•work with creative director on implementation, independent production control for graphics, text.
•according to customer needs and budgets provide an exploration of creativity and 'creative strategy' co-ordinate resources and work with other departments on product quality and identify problems to make recommendations for improvement.
•maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs.
•be unafraid to push back, be bold and stand your ground in terms of ideas internally and externally.
•with over 6 years’ experience in advertising, strong in design with capability on flash, coreldraw、photoshop、illustrator、indesign etc.
•an independent and a logical thinker, able to provide creative and copywriting ability if necessary and familiar with online pr campaign (strategy, creative, design, production, media) operating procedures.
•self-motivated and responsible, has extensive experience in project management experiences and proposals, communication skills, perseverance in meeting challenges rich brand and service, management, practical experience,
•4a advertising company working experience preferred.
3、在创意总监的指导下,带领团队完成项目的设计执行与制作。
2、三年以上工作经验,有国际4a或知名互动公司经验者优先考虑;
3、熟练掌握coreldraw、photoshop、illustrator、indesign等平面设计软件,对前端技术有一定了解者优先考虑;
4、能使用ae或者flash等动画软件能力者优先考虑;
5、美术功底扎实,具备出色的互动视觉执行能力,并具一定的设计指导力;
6、热衷有趣的事物,有出色的想象力,活跃的创意思维;
7、有热情、有责任心,工作积极高效,善于沟通与协作。
