今天在课堂上与学生一起进行交流与分析，学生们积极参与讨论，就如何提高英语成绩畅所欲言。他们就我的英语教学提出很多宝贵的建议，

我归纳如下几点：

1, 尽量用英语教学，并且语速要快。这有助于提高他们的语感与听力。

2，布置的英语作业要及时完成，要落实到位.

3，平时考试要诚实，不能作弊，我应该时时到下面去转转，避免少数学生不独立思考。
