I did a survey of how long we play sports on are the of my classmates play sports for 1~2 few of them play sports for 3~4 one quarters of them play sports for half an two students do not play sports.
So you see,more than half of my classmates like to play always do exercise on weekends for 4 play basketball,practice running with friends every weekend bacause I think it is not only good for my health but also makes me get good grades.
I suggest people who never play sports or do exercise had better spend some time playing sports,and then you may find you are stronger than before.
There are many good ways of playing sports,so come and do exercise as soon as you can!
