(一)首段

► 原因类书信作文模板

（一）审题

1、应用文类型

书信

书信的关键词为：letter，e-mail。

通知

通知的关键词有：notice，announcement，announce。

2、书信类型

不同的书信有不同的关键词，比如表示建议的关键词有：advice，advise，suggest，suggestion。

3、称呼

比如给鲍勃写信的话，那么我们需要写的就是：Dear Bob。

4、正文

我们需要了解到底需要大家写的具体内容是什么，在这一步大家需要注意，题目当中给大家提出的要求是一定要在文章中包括的内容，这个也是阅卷人的一个采分点。

5、署名

一般情况下都会让大家署名：Li Ming。大家简单的确认一下是不是李明即可。

（二）四种书信

推荐信、申请信、感谢信、祝贺信

原因+作用

首段

首段大家需要写的内容就是写作目的，无论是什么类型的信大家都可以去书写写作目的。

中段

中段刚才我们已经提到过要去分析背后的原因，一般情况下大家分析两个原因即可。

最后一段

无论是哪种书信大家都可以写的就是表示期待，就是期待对方的回信。
