Afunwaytoincreaseoursensitivitytothepowerofwordsistosimplymakealistofourfavoritewordsandnoticetheenergytheycontain.Wecanwritethemdownandpostthemwherewecanseethem,orwecanspeakthemaloud,feelingthemreverberateinourbodiesandintheairaroundus.Thisislikelearningtoconsciouslyplayaninstrumentthatwehavebeenplayingunconsciouslyformostofourlives,andtheeffectcanbestartlinganddelightful.Aswegrowmorecomfortableandconfidentplayingtheinstrumentoflanguage,wewillbegintocomposebeautifulmessages,creatingpositiveenergyeverytimewewriteorspeak.
